Error on provision when project already contains an `mu-plugins` directory.

Got the following error on vagrant provision when project already contains an content/mu-plugins directory.

==> default: Error: git --work-tree=/vagrant/content/mu-plugins --git-dir=/vagrant/content/mu-plugins/.git pull origin master returned 128 instead of one of [0]
==> default: Error: /Stage[main]/Wordcamp::Plugins/Exec[mu-plugins-update]/returns: change from notrun to 0 failed: git --work-tree=/vagrant/content/mu-plugins --git-dir=/vagrant/content/mu-plugins/.git pull origin master returned 128 instead of one of [0]

Note: Could check existence of content/mu-plugins/.git folder instead, but probably something more robust is worthwhile.

Jetpack Contact Forms not activated by default

This causes issues when importing content from an existing WC site, with invalid post type errors on import and shortcodes rendering raw. I expect this is an issue with the database dump but perhaps this could be noted in the readme and ideally in the future it would be automatically activated as part of a more automated install process

Missing plugin: WordCamp organiser nags

Error of missing network plugin when DB imported.

The plugin wordcamp-organizer-nags/wordcamp-organizer-nags.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

Maybe the DB should be updated from the meta team for the WordCamp project?

Creating new site via network admin

When visiting http://wordcamp.dev/wp-admin/network/site-new.php and adding a new site with the site address structure 2018.cityname, multisite gives an error Missing or invalid site address..

This could be a core issue as the field description states: Only lowercase letters (a-z), numbers, and hyphens are allowed..

Able to workaround by adding the site as cityname > add new site > edit the site > update site url to 2017.cityname.wordcamp.dev.

Suggest mailhog extension to stop actual emails from being sent

Not sure whether chassis or chassis-wordcamp related, but after creating a new site - I received an email saying the site was setup.

While this is the expected behaviour on a live site, its unlikely in dev that we want actual emails to be delivered, especially if using an imported database (which could reference live emails), or once you've imported a live wordcamp site (you'd hate to accidentally email any attendees in an import).

I suggest we either include/recommend chassis mailhog extension or disable email sending from the box completely.

WordCamp meta installs alotta plugins... some where missing when freshly provisioned:
