A lot of users of stryker use the custom configuration file to run their mutation tests. There is currently no way to change the default path of the stryker configuration file.

There is an optional parameter config-file which sets the path to the stryker configuration file.

The current documentation is very basic. I am currently unable to find al relevant resources of stryker. Make it explicit that it only supports stryker for .net for now

I want to use this action but I require strykerJS for my project. Now I can only run this action for .NET.

The proposed solution is that you are able to define the type of project that you have so that we can decide what type of stryker should be ran against your project. This must be a required property in the action parameters.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative of this is that we create a seperate action for each type of project that stryker supports. I would like to try it is possible to build this in a single action.

There is no clear qualtiy gate for a mutation test where there is an mutant that survives the tests. So now I can merge my PR without fixing the mutants.

It would be very cool if the action can decorate a PR so that I am forced to fix my surviving mutants before I can merge my PR.

There is not yet a way to test the action. So a PR can be merged without a quality gate.

A action that runs on creating a PR and that verifies that the action is still working like it's intended!
