Purpose of this repository?

Hello,
I would like to ask what is purpose of this repostiory? It seems to be dependency of the mobile app, but the mobile app isn't developed anymore and can't be downloaded from google play. Are there any plans of further developing the mobile app? If so I think this repository should be somehow updated and also used as dependency of the webpage.

If not, I think it would be nice archiving it or atleast write to readme that this repository exists for history reasons and should be ignored when adding translations.
