How about a website (or self hosted api) where a recipient can copy the encrypted body, type in the password and read the decrypted email?

This would allow for recipients with different emails and/or browsers to read the encrypted email.

My expectation is a prompt that is secured to appear.
Google Chrome is up to date Version 65.0.3322.3 (Official Build) (64-bit)
The only extension enabled is Secure Mail for Gmail.

When sending attachments in an encrypted e-mail, I receive a 707 error.

People could be under the false pretense that their reply is encrypted. It would be great to have the encryption option in replies!!

There doesn't appear to be any open source license on the project. Have you selected one? Happy to make a pull request with appropriate license files if you have one in mind. Or I'm happy to recommend one. http://producingoss.com/en/license-quickstart.html is a good resource.

Is there a way to get the complete list of events that gmail has to be able to bind them and execute callbacks after the user click the button that triggers the event. For Example:

Gmail.bind('newComposeWindow', function(compose){
if(_isSecure){
setupCompose(compose);
}
_isSecure = false;
});

There is newComposeWindow , draftSaving and emailMessageLoaded. How can I get the names of the rest of the events that get triggered when the user clicks reply or forward or attachment button?

Seems when we use it with Google apps for business - clicking the "lock" to send an encrypted email just opens the "compose" window - any experince with that ?
