Hello,
It is a great tool to map barcode from stereo-seq to stereo-chip.
Could you provide demo data to us to benchmark our result?
The --barcodeStart in my file does not start at 0, so I set barcodeStart parameter in a particular value, I am not sure my result is right or not.

I had a couple of issues trying to compile and execute ST_BarcodeMap due to missing library links.

• I had several undefined reference to boost::archive:: errors. This was fixed by adding -lboost_serialization to the LIBS variable.
• I also had several undefined references to various HDF5 functions. This was fixed by including the -lhdf5 flag to the LIBS variable.

I only found a 'bpMatrix 1 in *.barcodeToPos.h5 file, which was encoded by 15 digits. Could I only translate these codes to barcode sequences with their coordinates, but not use the pairwise reads files?
