This is my 3rd place solution of Jigsaw Rate Severity of Toxic Comments Kaggle competition.

Environment

all notebooks run on Kaggle/docker-python with additional packages:

pip install detoxify 
pip install transformers
pip install sentence_transformers
pip install iterative-stratification
