This seems very useful, unfortunately it does not work for me on macOS 12.4 and Alfred 4.6.6 [1303]. Full Disk Access has been granted and Alfred has been restarted (also restarted the computer just in case). The debugger provides the following brief information:

ERROR: Mouseless Messenger[Script Filter] Code 1: /Users/***/Library/Caches/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred/Workflow Scripts/A1EB22C3-A50D-427E-B2D8-2632031A2F76: execution error: Error: Error: Can't get object. (-1728)

I'm trying to preview message threads and Shift doesn't do anything. When I export to PDF it is a blank document with the time stamp at the top and the file location at the bottom.

Just upgraded to v2. Wanted to let you know that any contacts that have accents in their names (José, Lucía, Ordoñez) etc. do display correctly in the list of messages, but do not display correctly on the next screen where you actually type your reply. They all look like this: AÃÉEÄÃez or like AÃÉAÂäa instead of whichever accent it should actually be. Not a deal-breaker at all, but just wanted to make sure you were aware of it. Thanks!

I'm noticing that messages I'm sending are not showing up is there a trick to getting them to show up. I need both sides of the conversation (with time stamps if possible) to forward into a CRM entry so I can document a conversation. Thanks in advance for the help!

Helllo. I'm using MacOs Sonoma. I granted Alfred full disc access. Other workflows are recognised and useable. But putting "msg" in alfred doesn't trigger any effect. Thanks!

I'm running v. 1.1.0 on Alfred 5.0.1 on macOS 12.15.1

Hi @stephancasas , thanks for this great workflow! Would it be possible to add the option of filtering out conversations from the list, based on the sender name?

My use case is that I'm not interested in seeing all of the "conversations" where the sender name is all numbers:

How about creating a file system hard link from the database file(s) necessary for the workflow, to a folder the workflow already has read/write access to?

Hey @stephancasas 👋 I'm on Sonoma 14.1 (23B73) RC. First time I ran the Workflow, it errored out with:

Was easy to guess the problem, on my system AppleInterfaceStyle doesn't seem to exist in my NSGlobalDomain. Even manually setting it to "Dark" and then back to "Light" in Sysprefs didn't change things:

$ defaults read -g AppleInterfaceStyle
2023-10-24 08:38:42.826 defaults[65397:6990884]
The domain/default pair of (kCFPreferencesAnyApplication, AppleInterfaceStyle) does not exist

So, I set the Workflow manually to "Light" and it works great (amazing workflow btw 🎉 ) Seems like this is the same problem... maybe you can trap for that and avoid the error?

Not sure if I submitted this before, however having a plain text export would be awesome. Could be mapped to the control key when reviewing the message.

Also, anyone to put the contact info in the header of the exported messages? I'm trying to forward this in an email and it would be nice if I could include information from the contact such as contact's name, phone number & email from the contact record if possible.

I use the export function to export SMS messages to our CRM and need this info to link it to the contact.

Korean characters are not correctly displayed as shown in the picture.

For some reason I can't get the whole message history or thread with previous messages. I press SHIFT and an empty page pops up like this. Same when I tried to save as pdf or as html, there's nothing there.

What I did:

1. Open Alfred search
2. Type "msg"
3. Wait for messages to load
4. Messages unable to load and Alfred defaults to "Search google for 'msg'"
