Use emoji library to convert all emoji names to emojis

Currently the script will see :bug: different from 🐛 even though it should be the same, parse all emojis before checking on the names

If the label title in the repo that the labels are copied to is the same, overwrite instead of deleting

Always overwrite labels with the same title

Add new version with GUI

Add a version that is more user friendly that shows the labels and such
