Having the ease of the process in mind, it could be helpful to add possible improvement while creating and managing pgp keys.

Esp. key creation
There is a set of commands to be executed in order to get the correct keys. Precondition to run these commands (maybe collected in a script) is:
Running it on a "trusted hardware"

"Trusted hardware" can be hard to achieve, but at least the key creator should understand that key creation is a security sensitive area
