no such file or directory on Ubuntu 18.06 x86_64

Running blink on Ubuntu 18.06 x86_64 apparently causes a "no such file or directory" error from bash's execve call itself. This error is only returned when the interpreter (ld) or at least one of the shared libraries are missing (neither was the case).

Reproducibility: TBD

Middle click pan & hold left/right click to repeat action

By moving panning to holding middle mouse button instead of holding left click, holding left and right click can be used to perform repeated placing and removing. I would like to submit a PR for this so I've opened this bug to discuss it and make sure that this is a change worth merging before I start.

Entity cap

Blink currently has an effectual entity cap of 154 entities as shown here

From what you've said in DM this cap should technically be enormously higher so I consider this a bug.
