Deleting a What that is associated with a Now crashes the app

Reproduction:
Start a Now, then got to What and delete the What associated with that Now. Now page crashes, as the activityId can no longer be associated with an entry in the activities table.

Possible fixes:

  • Make What's not deletable, avoids future conflicts with deleting What's associated with Have's also
  • Naively store What information in Now and Have tables
  • Add deleted column to What table in database, only send to client ones marked false, rest kept for historical reasons to avoid crashes and loss of data. (Brings up possible Right to be Forgotten issues though)
