Let's create a config in each project that the gatsby starter should read from
This config needs to include:

• facebook pixel
• google analytics ID
• shopify ID

let's call it .env and have it live in the directory above the starter since we will be calling the starter and won't be able to stuff a config when gatsby build-project runs. We will use dotenv to load it into the environment that builds the gatsby site
Making the steps to create a store:

-- gatsby build a project using create-sales-gatsby-starter
