$Applet - What is that ?

Applet - is a basic instance object of your CMS (here ported from BitrixCMS)

To make it clear that there is need to use this class :

Я недавно скачал проект TECDoc но, к сожалению, я не смог его включить меня есть проблема с переменной $APPLET ($APPLICATION)
