Add documentation and make useful functions for the gameboy library

Improve the code by removing the global mmu instance

Currently several mooneye gb instruction timing tests fail. It would be nice to make sure those tests pass in order to ensure the cpu instructions have the correct timing. There seems to be an issue which causes the timing method used in the tests to fail.

Some ideas:

• Add more options to the menu bar
• Implement a proper settings form to replace the current drop down menu

All variables and memory addresses need to be written to a file

Most of the classes in gameboy-core will need to implement the Serializable interface.

It should be fairly easy to create an android version. An initial version simply has a button to select a .gb file, and then starts the emulator in full screen.

Finish the APU implementation and make sure all dmg_sound test are passing

Split the gui into a "emulator manager" and actual gameboy instance.

• The manager should be able to configure settings, load roms, etc.
• The gameboy window will be a single window libgdx window. Certain actions such as saving/loading/pausing etc. should be added to a menu inside the gameboy window. This menu can be accessed by pressing escape or some other key.
