config_demo seems to have only been partially transferred

The index contains this file for the config_demo pack: https://github.com/StackStorm-Exchange/index/blob/master/v1/packs/config_demo.yaml

But http://github.com/StackStorm-Exchange/stackstorm-config_demo does not exist. Seems it was not transferred properly from https://github.com/StackStorm/st2contrib/tree/master/packs/config_demo?

We don't really need that pack at all though. Maybe the problem is that the index build scripts only add packs, and don't remove packs that get deleted?

Currently exchange.stackstorm.org shows the config_demo pack, but the links don't work, and the icon does not show up, resulting in errors, and fallback to the default icon
