Each Exchange repo should have a .github/CODEOWNERS file that should be used to assign reviewers for each pack.

Once a pull request is reviewed and merged, the following needs to happen:

1. An empty repository should be bootstrapped in the StackStorm-Exchange org with exchange-bootstrap.sh.

2. The submitted pack should be transferred into that repository in one of the two ways:

• as a new commit, if the pack has been submitted as a dir;
• as a merge with --allow-unrelated-histories if the pack has been submitted as a submodule and has git history.

3. The submitted pack should be removed from this repository once the transfer is complete and verified (automatically).

exchange-bootstrap.sh takes care of the CI, builds, and index updates, so the pack should automatically get to the Exchange index after the correct transfer, given it doesn't have linting errors (#6).

Following the changes in StackStorm Github org, we'll need to add the FUNDING.yml file for every StackStorm-Exchange repository.

Looking closer at https://docs.github.com/en/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/creating-a-template-repository might also help to define the directory structure for future exchange packs.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this issue but StackStorm exchange seems to be blocked in India. The served site even has a valid TLS certificate issued by Cloudflare.

Every submitted pull request (including PRs with submodules) needs to go through linting and our checks, same as we do for all packs in the Exchange.

Apparently, we use mongo:3.4 in CircleCI configs across our Exchange fleet. This version is deprecated and not supported by stackstorm anymore.

Instead switch to the latest stackstorm-supported MongoDB version.
