An admin can start and stop different practicals in different rooms

Work to be done

• admin to create, monitor and delete rooms
• user joins default room and waits for admin to create a room

Following on the fork for MVP1 tested on thursday - a help button would be nice to have within the new UI (PR #3) currently pending

• Allow for a user to insert the computer ID where they are currently sat
• Add a schema in the config for different rooms

i.e. can be exploited by the same user numerous times - and can crash when finding the right socket id for the user

I am awful at making sites look remotely pretty - and initial stylings will be horrific to look at.

However what I have already created is the sgist of what I would like to see - but I'm open to what anyone else can design - as I'm just that hopeless

When more than 1 admin has authenticated and "signed someone off", it doesn't broadcast to the other admin pages.
