Provide more powerfull device selection mechanism

Currently, devices can only be selected by their ordinal. Add functionality to filter and select devices based on their capabilities.

make bounds a concept and provide reference implementation

Implement bool is_gpu_supported() function

Add local memory handling to aura kernels across all 3 backends.

Add more flexible error handling.

In case of an error, Aura prints an error message and code using printf. Allow Aura users to customize how errors are handled (i.e. throw exceptions that can be handled by user).

Test backend.kernel failure

test.backend.kernel fails with the following output:

It works though when run from top build directory:

$ ./test/test.backend.kernel 
Running 4 test cases...

*** No errors detected

But fails again when run through make test. It seems that path to kernel.cc is hard-coded to be test/kernel.cc.

Test misc.profile failure

Test misc.profile fails because it tries to dump svg to /home/sschaet/profile.svg.

arrays can not be stored in a vector

add functionality to output aura array as numpy array for display

Metal backend can not accept non-buffer arguments, have a good error message for that.

device_array can be confused with OpenCL arrays. They are not the same.

Use RAII for initalize, finalize
