Adding initial logging level input and logging events.

If vars contains a field with an int value it will error. Must convert to str for regex comparison.

Currently get_matches returns empty e.g. None if no self.includes match

includes, excludes should default to all or none respectively

templates isn't required by all routers, some routers may just want match['vars']

Fails with JSONDecodeError when malformed json string passed
