Improve your README.md

Improve your README.md. you just don't write full form in your README.md. Where are the installation step. Where is the contribution guide. Just improve the documentation please.

Put A .gitignore

Please put a . gitignore file in your repository. There should not be random images in your repository. This increases the total size of the project. We face difficulties while cloning the project.
