[FEATURE]: Targeting system

Possible options:

Procedurally generated from static seed
Model them manually and add to loader

ShaderParticleGroup on/off features don't reset particle system properly.

[FEATURE]: Consider using cube-maps for ship reflections

Stop using Function.prototype.bind

...It's damn slow. Replace with closures, especially for functions called on a per-frame basis.

[ISSUE]: Look at ways of reducing GPU memory usage

Is this a non-issue, though, as GPU only runs out of memory when constantly refreshing page. Final game won't load WebGLRenderer et al on page load...

Does each particle with texture have its own GPU memory allocation? If so, keep particle count at a minimum. Use larger particle sizes and less of them.
