Fix up weird stuff happening with splitters and mergers

See audio.io.PanPot and StereoDelay.

Make HorizontalSliderView set exponential value, not just display width as exponential!

Create generic button, dial, slider, and select box views

Taking the AnalyserView as an example, each one of these generic view classes will be used to change parameters on the AnalyserModel, such as mindB, maxdB, granularity, etc.

They should be deaf, blind, and dumb, and instantiated as members of the parent view.

Deprecate onInputConnect

Move that functionality to audio.io.Node.connectTo.

All audio nodes should be Models

Rewrite all audio modules to use Backbone Models.

Using JSON to describe module connections should allow for easy plugin creation.

How to link up Views, Models, and audio Nodes?

Modulation sources (LFOs, envelopes, etc.) need to receive events when a source is connected

Example:

When a noteOn event is fired on Oscillator, a new MonoOscillator instance is created. The current mod "pattern" doesn't pick up on these new oscs and so pitch won't be modulated.
