you can install composer req andersundsehr/resource-watcher:dev-master as a replacement for yosymfony/resource-watcher. Until this is resolved.

I also encountered this problem, and for the moment, i have never found the solution but I used another alternatives packagecomposer require pkboom/laravel-test-watcher
