A Laravel Health check to monitor CPU load

This package contains a Laravel Health check that can measure CPU load. It can send you a notification when CPU load is too high.

About worflow

Hello,

I have one question about this package's github workflow. Do we need a support for Laravel 9 here?

There is a discrepancy with another heath check package. However, the main package tests both framework versions.
I can bring both (security advisories and cpu load) package workflows into line with the main package if you don't mind.

Function sys_getloadavg() is undefined

If you use the Check inside Laravel-Health and run it, it throw's an error:

php artisan health:list --fresh
