Thanks for reporting the Mutex and Thread incorrect permissions, i don't know how that could happen!
The second issue: it's not required, but, yesterday some anonymous guy was trying to compile efsw in a very old system and couldn't get it compile because the inotify header wasn't present in very old distros ( like from 2007 and below! ), so i added the internal inotify header, it's basically the same. But, since i neither like to use that header file, i modified in the last commit the premake file to check if the header doesn't exists in the system, and then, it will use the internal inofify header, otherwise it will use the system header.
