I have changed dot_mapper to support all the cases. Only when one matrix is
coo_matrix and the other is a one-dim matrix, we use the
dot_coo_dense_unordered_map to optimize the processing.

We currently are converting both inputs for the _dot_mapper to sparse
matrices before multiplying.We should have a special case to dense*dense matrices to avoid converting.
