the following ID should be the server ID of the added discord bot, should consider changing to os.getenv("DISCORD_ID")

Uptime Bot
An uptime bot that sends an embed to a channel that the owner can choose, and then it tells the current usage of the server/bot the owner chooses, and then it refreshes every 5s-1m as the owner chooses.
