The purpose of the Space Physics GitHub organization is to have a common place for people to work on programs related to geospace analysis, without having to use "personal" GitHub repos.
A similar organization with a different focus is the Geospace Code GitHub organization.
These functions are almost totally untested. Maybe develop some unit tests. Bug feedback as always welcome.
The indices are not explicitly set as Fortran and this may be causing the need to Transpose to get into FITS. Also check that vectors aren't needlessly being made 1-D arrays.
Needs to have the hard coded parameters dealt with and use argparse
