502 timeout error on large datasets

I have 60k users to export and this plug-in will just timeout. It should paginate the queries to an upper limit (i.e. 1,000 users) to build the CSV export file.

It should also do a check and show something to the user fore doing its thing. As it is now it looks broken, while it just times out because of the large dataset.
