is_executable_file_w() 를 filepath와 handle을 받는 함수로 분리한다.

monster의 이슈(#89)를 해결하기 위해

파일의 보안 정보를 구하는 함수를 추가해야한다.

AES256을 이용한 문자열 암,복호화 기능 추가

• 현재 파일 암, 복호화만 구현되어 있어 추가.

• Monster 이슈 #831에서 수정한 _MyLib 코드를 Merge 안되어있었음.

1. Merge 못한 _MyLib에 Master를 Merge
2. 해당 _MyLib 을 브랜치 생성
3. master 브랜치에 merge PR 생성

initialize_log() 호출시 log파일이 있는경우 로그 파일을 backup을 하고 log파일을 새로 만든다.

하지만 backup파일의 이름이 날짜형태로만 되어있어 해당 로그를 구분하기 어렵다.

파일의 리소스 섹션이 없는경우 get_file_version()는 항상 실패하게 된다.
때문에, file_version을 ""로 설정하고 true를 return 한다.
그 외의 에러인 경우는 false를 return한다.

• get_file_version() 추가
  지정된 파일의 버전 정보를 수집하는 함수

이슈 상세 내용

• service_started() 함수에서 서비스 상태만 체크하더라도 OpenSCManagerW()에서 SC_MANAGER_ALL_ACCESS 권한을 가지고 있어서 관리자 권한을 가지고 있지 않는 프로그램에서 사용할 경우 실패한다.

• 문자열로 받은 레지스트리 경로를 root_key와 sub_key로 분리 하는 기능 추가
