Verge3D is the most artist-friendly toolkit for creating interactive WebGL experiences. This add-on is an open-sourced part of complete Verge3D for Blender toolkit.

On its own it can create glTF 2.0 compliant assets (.gltf/.bin + .glb) to be used in various software and services such as:

Just clone and copy the repo to one the following directories (considering you have Blender 2.83 installed):
