Hi @jni and @alexdesiqueira I though you both might be interested in some edits we made to a fork of the great skimage course that @alexdesiqueira gave at imageXD a couple weeks back that now use napari (and are in jupyter book form, though our formatting still might need a little work).

You can check out the lessons here. I still have three lessons like @alexdesiqueira did, but had to add some intro numpy to the first one. I didn't have to change the second one very much, it still uses matplotlib for all its plotting, but then made the third one use napari to do some interactive visualization with data from the second one.

If any of this is useful, feel free to re-use. Or if I can contribute it back to a future course in anyway that's useful just let me know.
