Issue/Feature Description:
Would it be possible to add a automated e2e API testing framework or script?

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Manual E2E testing of the SODA APIs using Dashboard or any API client is a tedious process.
It would help if the E2E testing of all APIs can be performed with automation as it would save time and also give more confidence while making changes to the APIs.
