It will nice to have this feature to capture all requests and use it later

I'm running capture-proxy in the following scenario:

1. I have a VM running locally that I can reach through http://dev-vm/
2. I usually have nginx proxy http://localhost to http://dev-vm
3. Some responses from the VM use the host header to redirect from one page to another
4. Therefore, the host header must match the base uri used in my browser
5. I'm now putting capture-proxy in front of it using capture http://dev-vm/ -R -o captures
6. capture-proxy is sending dev-vm as the host header
7. This breaks those redirects

Ideally there would be a -h, --host command-line option to override the host header sent on the requests, using the application root baseUri by default. I would then be able to use capture http://dev-vm/ -h localhost -R -o captures.
