Engine API

Had a discussion with @aurbano this morning. To prepare for our meeting on Sunday, I thought we should start writing some stuff down :)

Sensors

SensorArray: List<Sensor>

track generation intersection detection

for some generated tracks 0 intersections are detected even though intersections are clearly visible in the visualization. Does not happen often but could be an issue.
