multilstm's Issues

word2idx.npy missing

Hi, I'm traying to run the decode notebook but this file is missing [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '../00_data/encoded/word2idx.npy'

add installation instructions/command

I aint understandin no corpses en no notebooks.

  • python version

  • python dependency installation command (use a standard dependency manager)

  • data file dependency installation command (download or version it in here)

  • commands to run the rest of installation "network training"

  • and lastly a command to verify it all worked

UserWarning when saving the model

python3.5/site-packages/keras/engine/network.py:888: UserWarning: Layer bidirectional_dec was passed non-serializable keyword arguments: {'initial_state': [<tf.Tensor 'bidirectional_enc/while_1/Exit_3:0' shape=(?, 300) dtype=float32>, <tf.Tensor 'bidirectional_enc/while_1/Exit_4:0' shape=(?, 300) dtype=float32>, <tf.Tensor 'bidirectional_enc/while/Exit_3:0' shape=(?, 300) dtype=float32>, <tf.Tensor 'bidirectional_enc/while/Exit_4:0' shape=(?, 300) dtype=float32>]}. They will not be included in the serialized model (and thus will be missing at deserialization time).
'. They will not be included '
any idea how to fix it?

what is `txt_lstm_dec`?

In the In[ ] you have an alternative to the crf layer, but there is a txt_lstm_dec which I can't find anywhere else
