Create an operator-sdk plugin (see: https://sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/contribution-guidelines/plugins/#how-to-create-your-own-plugins) in order to simplify the creation of a generic webhook as already mentioned in #17.

Hi. I like what you have here. But full examples (with rbac, webhook yaml, etc) would be a great addition.

For example, I was able to create a simple webhook, but your example didn't include any of the kubebuilder rbac statements. (that was fairly easy to resolve, but it being in the examples would be better). Now, I'm fighting with the operator-sdk config directory, trying to get the webhook to deploy correctly.

It could either be a sample app, or just more documentation in the README.
