Unknown privilege "ALL PRIVILEGES"

This project seems like a great idea, but I've hit a showstopper with the first dump command.

I see ALL PRIVILEGES isn't included in the structures of valid privileges. Do you plan to expand to this, in which case I may make a PR, or is the exclusion of ALL PRIVILEGES a design decision?

I'm only using ALL PRIVILEGES in my development database, but I'm not going to test this out in a production or staging environment, so this is blocking my adoption of the tool.
