我也有相同的問題，經過多方的查詢後，我去改這個倉庫的 laravel/composer.json 的
原本是8.12改成8.4.2
存完之後再執行一次docker-compose up -d 應該就行了，雖然然網站上的那個仍然寫v8.44.0但使用exploit.py 可以跑出
from cve-2021-3129.

正如@allen07tw所分析，由于composer.json里用了^来匹配版本所以现在build镜像会拉取已经修复的组件，需要修改一下composer.json，Ignition组件版本改为2.5.1，laravel/framework改为8.4.2
