podcast addict doesn't appear to display the current gbh logo.

1. It would be nice to have a different logo per feed
2. It would be nice to actually have a working logo at all

crb programs have more info we aren't using in PromoA-content

For html5 video based sessions (example: https://www.wgbh.org/music/bb50-anniversary), the url is available directly and easily.

For jwplayer based sessions, we could use something like https://github.com/morpheusthewhite/jwscraper to retrieve the mp4 url.

It would be nice to produce a single 'all gbh music feeds' feed, 'all classical music feeds', 'all jazz feeds', etc.
