Unable to read disc in raw mode on some USB ODDs
It looks like the built-in, SATA-connected ODD I was using to develop this was sort of an outlier in how it accepted read commands. When trying to use the same code on an ASUS USB ODD from a few years ago (so 10+ years newer), it's very picky about the read size (it doesn't even allow 5MB to begin with, I had to go down to 5KB) and almost immediately responds "invalid function", as if I'm supposed to manually seek between data areas too. Not sure why.
