Scope subsets problems

My understanding is that the scopes defined here:

are all the possible scopes for the client app - and that the app specifies the actual scopes it needs as part of the authorization process - but if the app specifies user/*.read the server returns an invalid scope error (even if user/*.read is a subset of user/*.*)

Parsing launch params

Now that we've moved launch IDs out of scopes and into URL parameters, the following should be dead code:

(That is, the launch scopes should never have a : in them anymore.)

.well-known/smart-configuration endpoint in FHIR ?

can anyone please let me know if we already have a discovery endpoint " .well-known/smart-configuration" in FHIR side? I am using FHIR version 5.3.2. Need to access this endpoint with fhir base URL ex: /fhir/.well-known/smart-configuration

please help me on this ASAP
