Bills more than 10000.00 not allowed
Edit transaction format wrong in UG
Login feature hard to test
The program was hard to test because it had a "login" section, and a password was not provided. This made it hard to test the program, as several features required logging in; I was only able to do so because the password happened to be the same as the one in the UG.
Date format wrong in UG
add transaction command format is wrong
The UG header lists add -t
as the command for adding a transaction, where it should be add -txn
.
ID considered not having 5 digits even when it has exactly 5
It is not clearly stated which features can be performed only by managers
It appears that the sort
and delete
commands are executable only while logged in, but I did not see this stated anywhere within the UG.
No details on parameter types
For example, it is not clear what BILLING is to be substituted with.
Furthermore, there is no elaboration on the date format of REGISTRATION_DATE.
Incorrect error message with invalid transaction ID
Find member by registration date doesn't work properly
The UG and help window list -d
as the format for finding a date, while the error screen uses -date
. Only -date
works, and is a much harder to find format.
Furthermore, even when I use the correct format, it doesn't properly find the people; no matter what format I try, 0 members are returned. For example, 02-01-2021 doesn't return any member even though I the first member registered on 2 Jan 2021.
While logged out, list remains sorted by credit, even when updated
Steps to replicate:
- Start an address book with at least two people having different credit
- Log in as manager
- Sort by credit in descending order
- Log out
The list is still sorted by credit, which is unexpected since the sort function is restricted to managers.
Furthermore, if a transaction is added to a customer, which would bring them up in the list due to overtaking others in credit, they would do so, even though the list should no longer be sorted by credit.
Leading zeroes allowed in bill
Hidden "Membership Level" statistic not mentioned.
After each person's name, there appears to be a "membership level", i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
. However, I did not find this in the UG, and this got me confused as I interpreted it as part of the person's name.
add member Command format is wrong
Date command incorrect in UG and app
Both the UG and app's help window list -d
as the format for inputting dates, while only the error box correctly lists -date
as the format.
UG refers to AddressBook instead of itself
Inconsistent format in error help boxes
