In the NVDA add-on store, this add-on's name "LanguageIdent", is not shown as its name.

So, the list of add-ons looks like this in the NVDA speech viewer, while using the down arrow in the add-on store:

The name should be set to be "Language Ident" or something like that. As it is, the add-on would be hard to search for by anyone who only knows the name.
Or, for anyone reading through a list of add-ons, they will have no idea what yours is called.

You can perform a pull request to change the "displayName" in the JSON file for this add-on at nvaccess/addon-datastore.

If you agree that it should be changed, but need help with changing it, I can assist.

After of install this addon from the addon Store in NVDA 2023.2 beta1, NVDA can't say nothing. Tested with the synthesizers Windows One Core and Espeak NG in Windows 11 22 h2.

Please check this problem before of NVDA 2023.2 stable, more users can install this addon and have a bad experience.

Hi,

I hope you are doing well.
I wanted to try out your language ident addon. However, whenever I install it, it causes NVDA to become silent, even when using synths such as IBM TTS and vocalizer expressive. To uninstall the addon, I have to use jaws to control NVDA. How do I fix this issue?
Please reply to me as urgently as possible with a fix.
