could we get a bossbar to get the amount of heads on the chunk ? helpfull when we are building farms and wants to know how many heads left before reaching the limit

when u are gmc and the cargoes has reaches it own limit it would give u 2 cause u still got 1 in inv and 1 onthe ground

Updated Head Limiter to build #22 (https://github.com/J3fftw1/HeadLimiter/releases/tag/22) for the new towny/claiming feature. After rebooting the server, I found that the old config.yml was not updated.

To resolve the issue I let the config.yml refresh.

Place the maximum number of cargo (heads) in the chunk
Place another above the limit on the ground
You get extra cargo

HeadLimiter is increasing the memory a lot, my server barely restarted and already hit 25GB, and his normal is always 20GB, when it comes to night the server is almost 28GB, when removing the addon I noticed that there was no more increase in ram memory.
