this project was condensed, rewritten and is now found here
Since configuration/snippets is going to be in a fixed location(such as $HOME/.config/) when fully implemented and an editor may only handle one file or be a session handling multiple files, it makes sense to leave tracking the active file to Sniper-{EDITOR}and going with an instance per file.
with this setup the only thing that needs to be passed to Sniper is the language of the file it's being initialized for. as config location should be in a static location
