The measuring tool's orthogonal line tool should allow the selection of the
plane for the end point to land on.

Help menu is broken.

The help menu is broken, and I get a few lua errors while using this tool other 
then that its A-OK. Yes I am using the SVN.

Help Menu Error Below

Clean up sound browser loading

The sound browser currently does not populate the sound list when a folder is 
selected very efficiently, iterating through all the entries of the CSV file 
to see if a file is in a folder. This should be changed.
