Releases

Go to the releases, the latest release will have a BetaMindy.jar attached to it that you can download. If it does not have it, follow the steps below(recommended) or bother me with a new issue so I can attach the compiled mod.
After you have the BetaMindy.jar, paste it into your mod folder(locate your mod folder in the "open mod folder" of Mindustry).

BetaMindy.jar

The mod doesn't work

Platform: Windows

Build: Release build 121

Mod Version: i don't know the exact number, but i downloaded it on 7 febuary 2021

Issue: The instructions on the github page and on the "readme" file say to copy the betamindy.jar file in the "mods" folder, but when i do, it does'nt show up as a mod in the in-game menu. importing it from the ingame menu just gives me a message saying that JAR mods are not safe and then gives me a "mindustry.mod.Mod" error. trying to re-import the mod without deleting it from the mod folder gives me a "file with that name already exists" error, but that's normal

Steps to reproduce: i explained it in the "issue" part

Save file: i was'nt really playing, so...
Last log: same

this is a suggestion, not issue lol

suggestion: add a tilted laser drill, which is a block that when powered, destroyes terrain tiles 3 blocks infront of it. it would be 3x3 and look like a sideways Laser Drill

cuz WHY THE FUCK NOT

Fired cores instantly die

Self explanitory. Craft a core in block workshop, and try to send it with payload railgun thing.
It instantly blows up. Please fix.

Not again.

(If you didn't intend this, remove the cores!)
Fired cores STILL break, and a block factory can create cores, so why do you not make them break?
Or highly nerf it and make them cost triple the materials to make them?

Syncing un-links link pins.

Unit Duct Infinite Power

Platform: Windows

Build: 126.2

Mod Version: v1.01

Issue: If you disconnect a unit duct from a power node, it remains powered and functional. Also the block status isn't working.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build a unit duct and a power source.
2. Disconnect the unit duct from the power source.

Camera cannot handle overdomed duct's raw power

Platform: Android

Build: 126.2

Mod Version: 1.0

Issue: If you travel through an overdomed Unit Duct, it offsets the camera and your unit. If you exit the pipe, you do not end up at the pipe's exit, but at the camera location. When you return to the core from inside an infinite loop, four flickering units slowly travel out from the pipe, and when you place a pipe next to the infinite loop it will make an exit sound and the units will dissapear.

Steps to reproduce: Place a Unit Duct Down with some turns in it, and overdrive. I tested with an infinite loop pipe, as well as some random turns, and they both were broken.

Controlling a turret, then having a piston move it while you were controlling it doesn't move the camera

Platform: Android//Windows/Linux

Windows

Build: The build number under the title in the main menu. Required.

126.1

Mod Version: (optional)

0.9

Issue: Explain your issue in detail.

When controlling a turret, having a piston move it does not move the camera.

Steps to reproduce: How you happened across the issue, and what exactly you did to make the bug happen.

Open up a custom game, place down a duo and a piston, and a power source. Control the duo, then connect the power source to the piston. The camera will not have moved.

Save file: The (zipped) save file you were playing on when the bug happened. Not required, but you will be asked for it in certain bugs.

Not applicable, as this is a mechanic bug and a save file will do nothing.

Last log: The last_log.txt from your game folder (.../Mindustry). REQUIRED if a certain block is not working at ALL, usually the case in headless servers.

Nothing was sent into the logs at the time of the bug, and the loading seems perfectly fine.

Crash logs: Either crash reports from the crash folder, or the file you get when you go into Settings -> Game Data -> Export Crash logs. REQUIRED if you are reporting a crash.
