Flexy

Flexy is a modern theme for Hexo, written using Flexbox.

Demo

You can see the theme in action on my website.

Usage

$ git clone https://github.com/sjaakvandenberg/flexy themes/flexy
$ npm un -S hexo-renderer-ejs
$ npm i -S hexo-renderer-jade

Change your theme variable to flexy in your root's _config.yml.

In the header, the transform3d() function is used, which triggers GPUs to render the animation. This makes the page very quick to render, as the only background image is a 2.8K big SVG. It runs without using any JavaScript out of the box.

It's mobile first, so the media queries in the source/styles/screen.styl target the landscape screens.

Post Variables

In the homepage post listing, you can use the post.intro variable to define an introduction. To do this, add the intro variable to your YAML in your Markdown file. Comments can be toggled with the post.comments boolean variable.

Articles Page

In your root's _config.yml, set filename_case to 1. Create a new Articles page by giving the hexo new page 'Articles' command. layout/_content.jade will output a yearly summary of posts.

Fonts

This theme uses Open Sans for headings, Droid Serif for body text and Fira Mono for code. They're located in the source/fonts directory in WOFF and WOFF2 formats.

i'd like to say that i like your 'flexy' very much ,but there is a question aboult layout whith i don't know how to do. I think the description (on the left side of the black background)is too heavy,and i want to let it become thiner,it's width can littler.thanks.

How do I add small buttons for social links when I use this theme

How to change header width?

e.g. I can't find the setting of the header's width.

articles and about page can't open

i use command like"hexo new page "Articles"...and it works on localhost,but when I use my own domain name it doesn't work.the page of articles and about can not found.....my site is : sihan.me

Resizing Images does not function

I am unsure if this is a Hexo-wide issue, but I cannot seem to be able to resize any images inside of the body of any article.

I have tried other plugins to attempt to work around this, but none of those seem to work with this theme.

No HTML img sizing tags or markdown sizing tags function whatsoever and it seems that any image loaded just takes up maximum width on the screen.
The same is true for embedded elements, like my visit tracker shown in the photo.

Seeking any advice here, I love this theme - just wish I could have resizable photos!
