UPDATE and INSERT sql statements don't work if format set to GeoJSON.

Specifically, the icons used for assets that are plotted. Revisions to asset names to be sent, e.g., "Arts and Rec" to "Rec".

Im not trying to add work but looking at the map now I think investment points need a separate layer because its just too cluttered. What do you think?

Statewide scale:

• Identify TDI districts and districts with fellows separately using placemarks of different colors
• Remove the red and green coloring. Leave the numbering.

City scale:

• Combine icons into marker clusters displaying the number of entries / businesses
• Change all cluster markers to (2016-06-14 Map Icon_Cluster Black.png) from the icons package

District scale:

• Adjust icons for scaling and collision
• Convert icons to placemarks, color by type (Utile)
• Anchor placemark icons to parcel edge (in case of street front businesses) OR centroid of parcel (in case of parking lots)

Under Address add City and Zip — unless city can be autofilled in the background
